Your shipment policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days and drop-off without signature. we will provide you with a ID to track your package online on your email Id 'if shared'.
Also, Courier name and tracking ID/AWB will be notified via text message or you can ask via call.

Customer can cancel their order at any point of time before delivery.
As items are of high value, we provide full replacement of the product within 7 days of delivery, if there is any issue with the order, customer can contact us via email or Mobile number mention in 'Contact us'. For replacement customer has to face one side courier charges , if applicable.
If customer would like to return the order and demand for money back, min 50% of the order value will be deducted as handling and courier charges. Amount will be refunded within 30days from date of RTO.

 Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Big Size item orders like Skirtings, spoilers, wraps,etc are not placed Full COD due to very high courier charges.
