At Motorik, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact our support team at support@motorik.in or use our Contact Form with your order number.

After Shipment:
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return or exchange after receiving the item. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

Prepaid Orders
If you cancel a prepaid order before it is shipped, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can be cancelled prior to shipping via our support channels.

Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

Exceptions
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed.

Flash sale or promotional items may have separate terms, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
